Delivery Information
Delivery is to the UK only - If you are ordering from another country, please email us first at
info@justbabycompany.co.uk and we will advise you of the postage costs and method of payment.
If the item is in stock we will despatch your order within 48 hours of payment clearing - but please allow 3-14 days for delivery. Should there be any problems with your order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of the delay. Should this be unsatisfactory we will offer you a full refund.

Methods of Payment
Once you have placed an order you will then be taken to our secure payment site Protx were you will be asked to give your personal details: These will be shipping address, contact details, telephone number and email address.
You will then need to enter your card details at the Protx secure site
Once your transaction has completed you will automatically be transferred back to www.justbabycompany.co.uk
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, American express and Maestro (including Switch).
The Just Baby Company takes our customers security very seriously. For this reason we have chosen to use Protx. Protx will undertake all credit and debit card transactions on our behalf.
We also accept Cheques, although these will delay the delivery of your item as we require cleared funds before we can despatch your order.

Credit cards are debited before items are shipped or before services are activated by JustBabyCompany.
Back Orders
Any item that is not in stock you will be emailed telling you when it will be in stock and what date you will receive this item.
Guarantee
We will replace or refund all returns notified to us within 10 days. Please email us first at
info@justbabycompany.co.uk with the reason for the return. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition in their original inner and outer packaging at your expense.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty we will strive to provide you with a replacement product as quickly as we can, or a refund for the full price of the goods plus postage and packing. Please note that postage and packing is not refunded for items that are unsuitable or unwanted.
Returns and Exchanges
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Please state the product(s) you wish to return and indicate whether you would like a replacement, refund or gift vouchers.

Gift Wrapping.
We offer a unique gift wrapping service at a charge of £3.50 and we will gift wrap it for any occasion and also write a personalised message on our own gift tags for you.

There is no charge for withdrawing an order prior to the despatch of your products.
